  • 6tbsp Organic Cottage Cheese

  • 3 tbsp Organic Flax Oil (such as Barlean’s Brand)

  • 3 tbsp Organic Flax Seeds (ground up into meal)

  • 2 tbsp Organic Raw Almond Butter (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Organic Coconut Manna (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Organic Local & Raw Honey (option)


  • Combine cottage cheese and oil in a bowl and use a hand blender to blend until smooth.
  • Stir in flax meal.
  • Top with any of your favorite toppings and enjoy!
