6tbsp Organic Cottage Cheese
3 tbsp Organic Flax Oil (such as Barlean’s Brand)
3 tbsp Organic Flax Seeds (ground up into meal)
2 tbsp Organic Raw Almond Butter (optional)
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Manna (optional)
1 tbsp Organic Local & Raw Honey (option)
- Combine cottage cheese and oil in a bowl and use a hand blender to blend until smooth.
