5 Steps To Take If You Have No Gallbladder
Share
There are millions of Americans that have lost an organ – their gallbladder. We take it out very casually, thinking we don’t need it, but God put it in there for a reason. It stores the bile that is produced by the liver, and also sends that bile to your intestines, where it breaks down fats.
Don’t worry—if you don’t have one, I’m not here to make you feel guilty. Maybe you had a significant issue going on.
What can you do if you don’t have a gallbladder anymore? If your gallbladder is sluggish or struggling, or not ejecting the bile the way we need it to, what can you do to optimize it? And what’s going to hurt it the most?
Ox Bile
If you don’t have a gallbladder, you may consider an alternative for bile. Ox bile can be taken in a supplement form. It joins with your system very easily, and it’s going to help you break down fats.
If you’re not producing your own bile, or are producing very little, and it causes you a lot of digestive stress, I would recommend adding ox bile to your regimen.
It’s very easy to acquire. It’s found in the Livingood Daily GI support supplement. For those struggling with gallbladder health, this supplement would be a good addition.
Digestive Enzymes
If you need help breaking foods down, especially fats, digestive enzymes are a must. Digestive enzymes get destroyed over time by bad diet, toxicity, chemicals, and stress, so help your body break down foods by adding digestive enzymes to your body.
We deplete our digestive enzymes over time and replenish them. Digestive enzymes are also found in the GI support supplement.
Probiotics
Your gut houses more bacteria than you have cells in your body. That’s kind of gross, but you need them, and we destroy them just the same. Medications such as aspirin, Tylenol, Motrin, and Advil are very hard on the gut.
Poor diets, lots of caffeine, lots of alcohol, and many other things destroy our gut. A healthy gut lining helps your body break foods down, reduces indigestion, and has a positive impact on your immune system and the amount of inflammation in your body.
You need to have a quality probiotic going into your body. Those are also found in the GI support supplement.
Fats
Every cell in your body has a layer of fat around it. You need healthy fat to burn fat. You need healthy fat to make new cells. We can’t cut fat out altogether just because you removed the organ that helps you break down fats, your gallbladder. You still need fat, but not all fat is equal when it comes to digestive strain and stress.
Peanut and vegetable oils are very hard on the system. Those greasy, fatty foods that cause indigestion or pain after you eat them cause those issues because of the oil they’re made in. The oils are so synthetic, your body doesn’t know what to do with them, especially when it’s lacking the full function of the gallbladder.
You can pick better choices for oil, such as coconut oil. Coconut oil has been proven to be very light on the digestive system because it is made up of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which don’t need a lot from the liver or gallbladder to be broken down and absorbed by the system.
When you use healthier oils, you’re not asking that gallbladder and liver to strain to complete their tasks. We cover this in almost every book and topic that I have because normal oils are likely the reason your gallbladder has a problem in the first place.
Getting healthy oils in is extremely crucial and a major missing piece in today’s healthcare approach.
Reset The Gut
Resetting your gut completely involves a six-step process where you clean it out, give it a break, heal it up, and rebuild the enzymes and the probiotics.
As a Livingood Daily Lifestyle member, you have the basic and advanced versions of these to help you go through that 30 to 60-day process of resetting that digestive system. It’s not going to get you your gallbladder back. But it’s definitely going to take a lot of strain off your filters, your liver, your gallbladder, your kidneys, and your digestive system.
Summary
Reset your gut and give yourself the best chance to experience real health long-term.
Get the GI support supplement that has ox bile, enzymes, and probiotics. We see a lot of people who are able to eat foods that they once weren’t able to eat because now they’ve got those supplemental nutrients. Be careful what oils go into your system. Pick the right ones. Consider doing a gut reset.
And there are steps to gallbladder health. Someone you know that had their gallbladder removed could really benefit from this, so help someone else out!
