Unknown Remedy for Cardiac Arrhythmias + Weak Heart
Share
Do you have arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, or some kind of electrical problem or weakness happening in your heart?
It’s where you just don’t have that energy to get up and do what you want to do. If it’s not treated, it can lead to a weakened heart from electrical, valvular, or chamber issues, or even to heart disease
I’m going to show you an almost unheard-of nutrient that can jumpstart your heart.
Once you understand a bit of the biology behind what I’m about to explain, you’ll see why your heart just can’t catch up if it gets behind.
What Causes A Weak Heart?
Let’s say you had a hard day of work or physical labor.
Your muscles get tired. They get weak. That’s because all of the energy you have available gets used up from moving around and doing work.
We have to rest in order to give our muscles time to burn up more glucose and food to make more ATP, which are our energy units.
That same process occurs in the heart, but there’s one vital difference: the heart muscle can’t stop to rest. It doesn’t get re-energizing time so that it can produce more ATP.
When ATP levels fall, the heart muscle simply operates with increasing weakness, pumping less blood with every single beat, leaving it susceptible to electrical failure and valvular issues.
The heart wears out over time. But if you can figure out a way to boost the ATP levels inside of your heart, you can re-energize the heart muscles.
You may be able to prevent or even potentially reverse some of the symptoms of heart failure, electrical heart issues, arrhythmias or valve issues.
Understanding the Makeup of ATP
Biochemistry alert! ATP is our energy molecule and consists of three simple parts:
- Adenosine
- Triphosphate
- D-Ribose
That is an ATP molecule. That is the rocket fuel, the energy units inside of your body.
You only have a few of these molecules, and you have to produce them every single day.
Many people, especially over the age of 40, are dealing with a weakened heart. But if we can create more of these molecules and feed them to your heart, we can replenish your gas tank.
Heart failure happens with a cellular energy deficiency in which D-Ribose production falls, especially in the heart muscles. That’s what leads to the decrease in ATP: D-Ribose is the main thing that builds it.
Without ample amounts of D-Ribose, the cells can’t capture metabolic energy, and they starve themselves into weakness.
Solution For A Weak Heart
The obvious solution is to provide extra D-Ribose in the form of an oral supplement to get high enough doses. It bypasses the overwhelmed D-Ribose-producing cells, and pumps D-Ribose in to create new ATP molecules.
And it works!
Studies show that D-Ribose replenishes low cardiac muscle energy levels and improves cardiac function during ischemia, which is a condition in which the heart lacks oxygen.
In fact, one study showed that if subjects were dosed with 15 grams of D-Ribose each day, it reduced or prevented the occurrence of atrial fibrillation in people experiencing that condition. It also repaired the chambers of the heart.
Studies also show that taking D-Ribose helps the recovery time of the muscles, especially the heart. Performance athletes use this to help recover.
Another fascinating study of people who had coronary artery disease showed that doses of multiple grams of D-Ribose on a daily basis improve the heart’s ability to tolerate lower blood flow.
If you have a weakened heart and blood flow has slowed down, you’re able to use D-Ribose to treat it. It strengthens the heart even when the weakening is already happening.
Another study took 16 people with severe heart failure and gave them a large dose of D-Ribose for eight weeks.
Every one of the patients had significant improvement in their breathing parameters, which are often impaired in heart failure patients.
That’s what happened with my grandfather. He could never catch his breath.
D-Ribose supplements significantly decrease how much air needs to be moved in order to eliminate metabolically-produced carbon dioxide from the body. It increases the movement of carbon dioxide by 16%.
Foods Rich In D-Ribose
The good news is that there’s plenty of variety when it comes to foods that have D-Ribose. Some of the best sources of D-Ribose include:
- Chicken
- Ground Beef
- Salmon
- Almonds
- Eggs
- Cheddar Cheese
- Spinach
- Asparagus
- Broccoli
You can also supplement with it. Taking too much D-Ribose can create nausea, headaches, and discomfort.
If you start inserting D-Ribose into your diet on a daily basis, it’s going to add up over time, because you’re slowly feeding the heart the nutrient that it needs.
I recommend 750 milligrams per day, especially if you are dealing with an arrhythmia, a heart weakness, or if you have a family history of heart problems.
I take that dose daily through my electrolyte powder. I’m getting electrolytes, magnesium, salts, and D-Ribose, all of which are going to energize the heart. It also includes my favorite amino acid, taurine.
The second-most important nutrient for the heart is taurine. If you want to learn more about it, I made a video that covers its benefits here. Be sure to check out my Electrical Heart Support bundle, which includes my electrolyte powder, Omegas + Turmeric capsules, and a digital download about misfiring hearts.
