Quick UTI Fix - Natural Bladder Infection Solutions
Share
If you’re suffering from a UTI, what can you do besides turning to harmful antibiotics?
The good news is that there are several external and internal solutions that can help relieve symptoms and resolve, or even prevent, UTIs!
External Solutions
For both males and females, cleanliness is super important. A good way to get clean is by taking a bath—you can add in Epsom salt and baking soda as well.
You can also apply apple cider vinegar and/or silver serum to the area externally.
You can soak a feminine product with silver serum and use it for up to 4 hours.
The silver serum is very good for any type of skin infection, eye infection, and throat and sinus problems, too.
Internal Solutions
As for internal solutions, I recommend taking D-mannose, tart cherry, and cranberry supplements. You can also take the silver serum orally.
It’s also important to reduce the amount of sugar and dairy that you’re ingesting. A good way to do this is through the advanced meal plan in my challenge workbook.
On top of that, I also have a new step-by-step pelvic floor exercise you can check out.
These exercises will help with UTIs, E.D., and incontinence and prostate issues.
Strengthening the core is especially important for women post-pregnancy and for people with diastasis recti or any kind of prolapse or hernias.
Using a combination of these internal and external solutions can help you treat your UTIs and relieve symptoms naturally.
