Crock-Pot Beef and Broccoli

Total Time: 6-8 hours in slow cooker
Serving Size: 2

1 lb grass-fed steak (ribeye works well)
¼ – ½ cup Coconut Aminos
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp coconut Oil
1 head of broccoli
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Optional but recommended:
2 tbsp white wine
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
½ tsp red pepper flakes

Cook on low for approximately 6-8 hours with all Ingredients mixed together (except the broccoli and sesame seeds).  Add the broccoli approximately an hour before eating and cook until tender.  Serve with sesame seeds on top.
