Total Time: 20 minutes
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder (if desired)
- Cut the woody stems off of the end of each asparagus and lay them in a baking dish and drizzle them with the melted coconut oil.
- Add the seasonings and toss until all are coated.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
- Or, more simply, saute the asparagus in the coconut oil on the stove until tender!
