1 bunch asparagus
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (if desired)

Cut the woody stems off of the end of each asparagus and lay them in a baking dish and drizzle with the melted coconut oil.  Add the seasonings and toss until all are coated.  Bake at 400 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes or until tender. Or, even more simple, sautee the asparagus in the coconut oil on the stove until tender!
