Roasted Asparagus

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder (if desired)


  1. Cut the woody stems off of the end of each asparagus and lay them in a baking dish and drizzle them with the melted coconut oil. 
  2. Add the seasonings and toss until all are coated. 
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
  4. Or, more simply, saute the asparagus in the coconut oil on the stove until tender!
