2 cans black beans
1 cup chicken bone broth
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup green onion 
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tsp cilantro
2 tbsp coconut oil
Salt, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, hot sauce (to taste)

In a food processor or blender, puree one of the cans of black beans and the chicken broth. In a sauce pan, saute onions and garlic in oil.  When veggies are tender, add black bean mixture from blender. Add the remaining can of black beans and simmer 10-15 minutes. Add spices to taste. Top with sour cream and green onion if desired.
