Fat Burning Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients:

6 Tbsp Organic cottage cheese 

3 Tbsp Organic flax oil

3 Tbsp Organic flax seeds (ground up into meal)*

1 Tbsp Psyllium husk

Optional toppings:

1 Tbsp Psyllium husk (sprinkle on top)

2 Tbsp Almond butter

1 Tbsp Coconut manna or coconut butter

1/2 C Berries of choice

1/2 scoop of Livingood Daily Collagen + Multi (Vanilla)

 

Combine cottage cheese and oil in a bowl and use a hand mixer to blend until smooth. Stir in flax meal and additional toppings. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

 

*(DO NOT include chia or flax seed if you have colorectal issues or a colostomy)
