Bone Broth Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of bone from an organic meat source
- 2 chicken feet for added gelatin (optional)
- 1 onion
- 2 whole carrots
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (with the Mother)
- Large stock pot to cook the broth
- A strainer to remove the pieces
- For every 1 lb of bone, add approximately 10 cups of water
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a stock pot and simmer for 24-48 hours
- Strain out the bones and vegetables
Enjoy your homemade bone broth on its own or in other soups and dishes!
