Brisket Taco Salad and Tacos

Total Time: 6-8 hours in slow cooker
Serving Size: 4
2lbs grass-fed brisket (approximately 1/4-1/2 pound per person)
1 jar salsa verde
Cotija cheese (shredded)
Organic whole grain
Optional toppings: avocado, salsa verde, sour cream, red onion, cilantro, lime, cabbage
Put brisket meat in a crock pot on medium for 6-8 hours with a very small amount of water and approximately 1/3 of the jar of salsa verde (cook until tender and easy to pull apart with a fork). Once meat is done put in shells, wrap or on bed of spinach and top with cheese and salsa and any other desired toppings!
