Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 juice of a lime
- 1 Roma tomato
- 1/8 cup (or less) red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced or garlic salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Jalapeños, diced
Directions
- Mix avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper well until smooth consistency.
- Add in diced tomatoes and cilantro and mix well.
- Serve with vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, and celery.
