Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cumin powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- Optional Toppers: organic cheese, black beans, organic sour cream, salsa, cilantro, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado
Directions
- Brown hamburger in coconut oil.
- Mix in seasoning.
- Use romaine lettuce wraps (or cabbage) as “taco shells” or put them on a bed of spinach to make taco salads.
