Low-Carb Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
  • Teriyaki Sauce (Coconut Secret brand Teriyaki Sauce) (optional)

Directions

  1. Bake chicken in a small baking dish at 350 degrees F with seasonings or sauce desired for approximately 45-60 minutes or until cooked through (cover with foil). 
  2. Can put 1-2 tbsp water or butter in dish for moisture.
  3. Can make extra and use as leftovers for lunch or to create a salad with.
  4. Serve over cauliflower rice if desired.

*Can also grill the chicken breasts with the sauce!
