Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 lb grass-fed beef
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
- 3 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos (more or less to taste)
- Variety of vegetables: broccoli, bell peppers, onion, snap peas, zucchini, squash, mushrooms, peas, cauliflower carrots, etc.
Directions
- Brown hamburger in coconut oil until cooked.
- Add vegetables and seasonings and sauté until tender.
- Can serve over cauliflower rice or add in cooked rice noodles if preferred.
