Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 tbs organic butter
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Steam cauliflower in steamer until tender.
  2. In blender mix cauliflower, butter and seasonings until smooth.
