- 1 bag of fresh or frozen sprouts (if fresh, cut end off and cut in half)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Optional toppings: parmesan cheese or balsamic vinegar
- Toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil and seasoning.
- Spread them out and bake at 425 degrees F until tender or until they start to brown.
- Approximately 30 minutes.
- Broil them at the end for a crispier texture.
