Start by finding simple, time-saving habits you can stick to. For example, smoothies are an excellent option for a nutrient-packed breakfast that only take a few minutes to prepare. You can experiment with different recipes to keep it interesting and make it part of your daily routine. A breakfast smoothie can also be a quick lunch option if you’re short on time.
When it comes to exercise, the key is to make it convenient and manageable. You don’t need to spend hours at the gym to see results. A 10-minute workout can be incredibly effective at burning fat and building muscle. Focus on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises that can be done in minutes, and you’ll still see significant benefits without spending hours exercising.
