How To Tell If You Have Hemorrhoids And 7 Natural Remedies
Share
A lot of people don’t like to talk about hemorrhoids or admit that they’re a problem, but they affect millions of Americans, many of whom don’t even realize they have them!
In this blog. I’m going to teach you about what hemorrhoids are, signs you might have them, and at-home remedies you can do to take pressure off of your digestive system.
Symptoms of hemorrhoids include:
- Itching/irritation in the anal area
- Lumps
- Discomfort
- Blood present during wiping
If you haven’t been diagnosed with hemorrhoids, these symptoms may be surprising, but we should cover the reasons why hemorrhoids occur.
If you have chronic constipation or chronic diarrhea, and you’re constantly wiping, it can create hemorrhoids.
Sitting in general, not eating enough fiber, pregnancy, or lifting weights puts pressure on the digestive system, which can create hemorrhoids.
Optimal Positioning
If you had to use the bathroom in the wild, you would have to squat. In that position, there’s less resistance in your bowels, and they can utilize gravity for an easier process.
The best way to utilize this position is by buying a toilet stool for your bathroom. The stool will elevate you into a position that will decrease hemorrhoids.
Witch Hazel & Silver Serum
If you have discomfort on the outside of your bottom from sores and irritation, try using witch hazel.
It’s very good at reducing irritation and soothing discomfort, and you can get it in a spray or cream form.
I especially recommend it for dealing with discomfort after pregnancy.
Colloidal silver is also a good option. It not only soothes irritation, but also fights the microbes causing the irritation.
Stop Overwiping
Overwiping is usually a result of dry wiping, because it takes a lot of wipes to get clean. I recommend using a wet wipe or a bidet, which will spray up there.
With wet wipes, you can dab instead of wiping so you allow your hemorrhoids to heal. Every time you wipe in the area of your hemorrhoids, you are reopening that wound.
Improve Gut Health
Eating a lot of high-fiber foods can help soften your stool and prevent the strain that may be causing the hemorrhoids in the first place.
You can also try doing a full gut reset, which is a 5-step process that will remove waste from your system.
A gut reset involves taking foods out of your diet and then slowly reintroducing them to see which foods you may be sensitive to.
This reset will help repair your digestive tract and help repopulate the enzymes and bacteria that assist with digestion.
Natural Supplements
You can try adding an age or digestive tract collagen to provide your body with key proteins for both skin repair and fabrication of new proteins, especially in the gut lining.
That will repair the cell walls in and around your small intestine, large intestine, and your rectum, reducing the likelihood of hemorrhoids.
L-glutamine also does this, because it’s a key amino acid that helps repair the cell wall and gut lining, which helps your entire digestive tract.
I also recommend digestive enzymes, which boost your digestive tract health and improve the quality of stool. I like to pair these with a biotics blend, which will help the enzymes break down the food in your body.
Nurturing The Area
Research shows that sitting in a warm bath can help with both internal and external hemorrhoids. It nurtures the area and may even help prevent future hemorrhoids.
You can also add epsom salt and baking soda in to add some detoxifying effects.
Summary
You don’t have to be embarrassed if you have hemorrhoids, and you don’t have to feel hopeless about treating them.
Whether you have hemorrhoids or digestive issues, you may benefit from resetting your gut.
I made an entire video training that breaks down how to do this, which you can find here.
