Why don’t we have at least temporary closures of these establishments?
Do we really need candy aisles and processed snack giants like Frito-Lay during times of health crises?
While it might be easy to dismiss these claims as exaggerated, the truth remains: our dietary choices profoundly impact our immune system.

Consuming a balanced diet rich in natural, unprocessed foods strengthens our body’s defenses, making it more resilient against various diseases.
Conversely, indulging in processed foods, loaded with unhealthy fats and preservatives, weakens our immunity, making us susceptible to infections and illnesses.
