Serving Size: 15 energy balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic oats
- (if on a no sugar plan then use more of the following ingredients and no oats)
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 1/4 cup flax seeds and/or chia seeds
- 1/4 cup organic unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 scoops Livingood Daily Collagen Protein
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup Lily’s stevia sweetened chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1 cup raw almond butter (more or less until sticky)
- 1/4 cup honey (or can use water)
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients into a well combined and sticky consistency.
- Form into small balls.
- Refrigerate energy balls until ready to eat for best results.
