Your liver gets so bogged down processing toxins that it’s stealing your energy.

If you’re having unexplained cramping and nausea, liver problems may be the cause.
Confusion or Difficulty Sleeping
If you’re having memory problems or trouble sleeping, it could be a warning sign that your liver is struggling with the toxicity that it’s dealing with.
Trouble Focusing
If you’re feeling mentally foggy and can’t focus, it could be due to a buildup of toxins in the liver.

- Reduce Carb Intake & Rotational Fasting – Fasting while reducing carb intake for 14 days has shown a 43% reduction in liver issues.
