How Celery Juice Can Lower Your Blood Pressure

Need to lower your blood pressure?
A cheap, easy way to lower blood pressure with celery juice? Let’s learn more about the difference a stalk of celery can make!
Phytochemicals – Cleveland Clinic did a study a couple of years ago showing that celery has superfood properties. It contains phytochemicals, such as NBP, which has been shown to lower blood pressure levels
Magnesium – Celery juice has high amounts of magnesium, which relaxes the blood vessels and improves blood flow which can lower your blood pressure up to a couple of points when taken over time.
Potassium – Celery juice also has high amounts of potassium, which helps pull fluid off of your body. If you are taking a water-retention pill, then you would want to get more potassium into your system to level out the sodium/potassium balance.
Why Juice It? – If you’re able to juice celery, it will unlock some of the good salts and minerals and help with stomach acid and will allow your digestive system to calm down. It’s also very powerful supporter of the nervous system (the most important system in your body) and it lowers the blood pressure. If you don’t have a juicer, you can actually blend it and get all the same great benefits.
If you’re dealing with not only high blood pressure, but acid reflux issues, bloating, constipation and digestive problems – try juicing celery as an easy, healthy remedy.
