2 cups almond flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp pure almond extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp fresh grated lemon zest or few drops lemon extract
2 tbsp spoonable stevia or Swerve

Mix together all ingredients.   Shape into small balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.  Can top with slivered almonds if desire.
