1 1/4 cups almond flour
1/4 cup ground flax meal
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp aluminum free baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp olive oil
1 package organic mozzarella cheese 
Your favorite pizza toppings: pizza sauce (watch ingredients), bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, olives, hamburger, etc.

Mix all crust ingredients together until it forms a ball. Roll the dough into a 1/4 inch pizza crust on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Can use oil or butter on hands to make dough less sticky. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.  Top with your favorite healthy pizza ingredients, cheese, and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
