Bone Broth Recipe


  • 2 pounds of bone from an organic meat source
  • 2 chicken feet for added gelatin  (optional)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 whole carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (with the Mother)
  • Large stock pot to cook the broth
  • A strainer to remove the pieces
  • For every 1 lb of bone, add approximately 10 cups of water


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a stock pot and simmer for 24-48 hours
  2. Strain out the bones and vegetables

Enjoy your homemade bone broth on its own or in other soups and dishes!
