Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Total Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 1.5 cups

1/2 cup strong organic coffee (or 1/4 cup espresso)
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice 
1 scoop of Vanilla Livingood Daily Collagen Protein 
(optional alternative: 1 tbsp pure maple syrup and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract)

 Optional: sprinkle Probiotic Synergy Powder in

Heat the coconut milk on the stove.  Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into a mug and sprinkle with pumpkin spice and/or vanilla collagen protein, if desired. 

*Can make homemade whipped cream topping with just the fat from the coconut milk can.  Chill it and blend on high until creamed.
