Homemade Guacamole

Guacamole with flying corn chips

Total Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados 
  • 1 juice of a lime
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1/8 cup (or less) red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced or garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Jalapeños, diced

Directions

  1. Mix avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper well until smooth consistency. 
  2. Add in diced tomatoes and cilantro and mix well.
  3. Serve with vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, and celery.
