Serving Size: 2 cups

3 ripe avocados 
1 juice of a lime
1 Roma tomato
1/8 cup (or less) red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced or garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: JalapeƱos, diced

Mix avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper well until smooth consistency.  Add in diced tomatoes and cilantro and mix well. Serve with vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, celery.
