2 tbsp coconut oil
1 lb grass-fed ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cumin powder
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
Romaine lettuce leaves
Optional Toppers: organic cheese, black beans, organic sour cream, salsa, cilantro, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado

Brown hamburger in coconut oil.  Mix in seasoning. Use romaine lettuce wraps (or cabbage) as “taco shells” or put on a bed of spinach to make taco salads.
