Walmart Condiments

If you love condiments, I’m going to show you how to keep them healthy and get them on a budget.

At Walmart there are some giant bottles of generic ketchup that sit at the bottom of the shelf, which I like to stay away from.

You’re going to get genetically-modified ingredients and high-fructose corn syrup with those ketchups—that’s why they taste so good.

Instead, you want to look for organic, no-sugar-added ketchups, and there are a lot of different options for those.

I’m going to go over some condiments you can find at Walmart, which ones you should and shouldn’t buy, and what to look for when shopping for ketchup, mayonnaise, and salad dressings.

Hunt’s Ketchup

There’s no high-fructose corn syrup in these, and they’re non-GMO. That means no chemicals and no genetic modifications to the tomato that it came from.

That’s important because you don’t want your kids, or yourself, to be eating genetically-modified organisms.

It also has tomato concentrate and a little bit of sugarcane, which I can live with because it’s not genetically-modified and is a great way to cut out toxins.

Heinz No Sugar Added Ketchup

The label says this ketchup’s sweetness comes from plants, and it uses stevia leaf extract instead of sugar or high-fructose corn syrup.

It isn’t non-GMO, so we are getting chemicals, but we cut out the sugar.

If you just want to get the sugar out of your ketchup, this might be a better option.

Organic Great Value Ketchup

This is USDA-certified organic. There is sugar in it but it’s organic, and so are all of the other ingredients.

This is going to give you no chemicals, nothing genetically modified, and it comes in a 20-ounce bottle for a great price.

This is a really good option.

Hellman’s Mayonnaise

When I shop for mayonnaise, I make sure to watch the oils. In typical mayonnaise like Hellman’s, there are a lot of bad oils, soybean, and a bunch of sugars.

That congests your cells, adds weight, and toxifies you, so it’s a good idea to stay away from those kinds of mayonnaise.

Hellman’s Olive Oil Mayonnaise

When you look at the ingredients label, this is actually made with water, olive oil, canola oil, and soy oil.

The front says olive oil, which is good, but it’s really just a combo of a bunch of oils, including some unhealthy rancid oils.

BetterBody Foods Avocado Mayonnaise

This is probably something I would get, and is for a pretty good price at Walmart.

This uses avocado oil and palm sugar. It’s non-GMO, and has no soy or canola oil, so it’s a fantastic option.

When it comes to mayonnaise, I look for avocado oil-based mayonnaise.

Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing

This is made with vinegar, water, and a blend of toxic oils.

You can’t get nutrients into the cells when you’re making toxic cells out of this stuff.

I used to have this all the time as a kid, but I can make better choices now.

Primal Kitchen Cilantro Lime Dressing

This is made with avocado oil, and the rest of the ingredients are all organic spices, so there’s no fillers in there.

There’s nothing nasty in this.

It’s non-GMO, keto-friendly, and paleo-friendly. It has no soy, no canola oil, and no high-fructose corn syrup or sugar.

It doesn’t have too much sugar, includes healthy fats, and tastes amazing on a taco salad!

Summary

Those are some good options to replace the condiments in your fridge door shelf that might be full of toxicity for you and your family.

You could start slowly switching out the ketchups, mayo, and dressings, and throw out the sugar-filled, bad-oil toxicness that’s in your fridge.

You can do that and still save money at a place like Walmart.
