Total Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 2 cups

2 cups raw pecans
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp raw local maple syrup, coconut nectar, or yacon syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.  Spread out on a parchment paper lined baking dish.  Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.  Cool and enjoy!
