Why Taking Care of Your Heart Could Mean A Happier Relationship

If you’re not careful, poor cardiovascular health can fast-forward the aging process, especially for men.

Cardiovascular problems can cause a number of issues, and they’re a major cause of problems with intimate relationships.

Causes & Symptoms of Poor Cardiovascular Health

If you’re worried that you may have poor cardiovascular health, the following could be making your heart health worse:

  • Obesity
  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Poor diet

The issue is that you’re decreasing and messing with blood flow, and it takes a lot of blood flow for intimacy.

When you don’t have proper blood flow because you have underlying heart issues or major lifestyle factors impacting cardiovascular health, then you could suffer from E.D.

E.D. can also be created by a drop in testosterone.

A lot of men over the age of 40 have testosterone struggles because as we get older, our testosterone production naturally goes down.

Nothing will boost your testosterone more than rotational fasting and high-intensity training, especially when done in conjunction.

Boosting Vitamin D

Vitamin D is the precursor to all hormones inside your body. When you get a simple physical, ask for your vitamin D to be tested, and if it’s under 50, you need to take more.

If it’s below 50, you need to take 4,000-8,000 IUs of vitamin D with K2 and magnesium on a daily basis to bring it back up.

Clean Up Your Meat

Hormone-free beef and hormone-free chicken are very important as synthetic hormones found in conventional meats are going to start messing with your testosterone.

We need clean forms of meat, which means grass-fed, free-range, and wild-caught meats.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar lowers your blood sugar and cholesterol and increases your digestive health, which is going to work to get estrogen out of your body and get testosterone working for you. It’s going to help your heart as well, so ACV is a very good choice.

Cruciferous Vegetables
