Estrogen Boosting Smoothie Recipe

Serving Size: 1

2 tbsp maca root powder
1 tbsp organic flaxseeds
2 cups full fat coconut milk or almond milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp raw almond butter
1 frozen banana
1 scoop of Livingood Daily Collagen + Multi (Vanilla)
Optional: 2 tbsp cacao nibs

Add ice and water for consistency and taste. Blend in a blender and enjoy!
