Smoothie with banana, yogurt, oatmeal and nuts

1 tbsp organic flaxseeds
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp raw almond butter
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup full-fat coconut milk or non-GMO soy milk
1 scoop of Livingood Daily Collagen + Multi (Vanilla)
Optional:
2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp maca root powder
2 – 4 capsules of Women’s Hormone Support
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Add ice and water for consistency and taste. Blend in a blender and enjoy!
