I recommend doing a green juice cleanse for 1-3 days at least once a month.

  • Lemons – Lemons are one of the most nutritious fruits that there is. A single lemon contains all of the vitamins that you need.
  • Celery – I have another video that covers the many benefits of celery. Celery is amazing for your digestive tract and detoxing your liver.
  • Spinach – Spinach is a great source of iron and other vital minerals.
  • Kale – Kale is one of the most nutritious foods and easy to throw into green juice.
  • Broccoli –This video will help you fall in love with broccoli and its effects. I eat broccoli almost every day, and juicing is a good way to get a lot of it in.

  • Dandelion – Dandelion has a good detoxifying effect.

That is everything that you should be including in your green juice. During the 3-day cleanse, you should be taking in water between servings of juice. I recommend drinking 64-120 ounces of the juice per day.

Bonus Ingredients To Add

If you don’t have all of the ingredients, you can use my greens powder instead, which has all of those ingredients included already. I like to combine the powder with the juice to get extra nutrients for breakfast every morning.

You can also add broth or collagen to your green juice, which is insulin-friendly and will help your gut.

If you want to make your greens powder taste even better, you can combine it with coffee or tea.
